You have until April to say goodbye, but the site won’t stay quiet for long.

When Fleur opened six years ago, right before the world shut down in 2020, it was known for its refined yet unpretentious Japanese-inspired dishes.

Over the past six years, things have changed. Parker Group’s original executive chef Chase Weber stepped down in 2023 and was replaced by Brendan Pratt, with the menu gradually becoming more European-leaning. But, throughout it all, Fleur was always known as one of the best diners in the CBD.

Today, Parker Group announced that Fleur will close. Its final service will be on Saturday April 25.

“Fleur has been a beautiful venue and an important part of our journey,” said group director John Parker in a statement. “We’re incredibly proud of what the team created here and grateful to everyone who dined with us, celebrated with us and supported the restaurant along the way.”

But the site won’t stay quiet for long. The group is already working on a new concept for the space, which will be announced later this year.

“We see this less as a farewell and more as a turning of the page,” Parker continued. “Perth’s hospitality scene continues to evolve, and we’re looking forward to sharing what’s next for this venue very soon.”

Fleur’s closure is one of several to hit Perth this month, including Nieuw Ruin and Charim.

Fleur’s final service is on April 25. Bookings are available online.
