Willmott’s Gastronomia is the deli that adjoins modern Italian diner Orso. It’s in a bluestone building that’s has stood for more than a century on the corner of Kensington Road and Victoria Terrace.

Both businesses are owned and operated by Andre Ursini, of the now-closed Andre’s Cucina & Polenta Bar. Ursini’s 20-acre, multipurpose property in the Adelaide Hills supplies ingredients for both venues.
