Simon Kardachi

Hospitality is in Simon Kardachi’s blood. His grandfather opened Adelaide’s first restaurant, Little Amsterdam, in Gays Arcade in 1959.

Kardachi got his own start in 1999, with The Melting Pot on King William Road. Since then he’s built a small empire and made himself an integral part of Adelaide’s eating and drinking culture.

Here's a complete list of all the venues he owns and part-owns.
