Melbourne restaurateur Con Christopoulos, behind many iconic venues across the city including The European, Siglo, City Wine Shop, Kirk’s Wine Bar and Kafeneion, is set to open his newest diner Roma. The 100-seat restaurant takes inspiration from old-school Roman trattorias and will be complete with a generous piazza-style outdoor area and courtyard garden.

Accompanying Roma will be Sergio’s, an 80-seat dive bar.

Roma is set to open at 120 Collins Street, Melbourne in December 2025.
