Perched high above Flinders Lane, Quincy Hotel’s rooftop terrace bar, The Q, offers 360-degree views of Melbourne CBD, all the way to the Yarra River and Port Phillip Bay.

The Q has also partnered with Brunswick distillery Antagonist to create a signature gin inspired by the flavours of Southeast Asia.

As at the Salted Egg restaurant downstairs, executive chef Adam Woodfield (ex- Chin Chin and Jimmy Liks) has created a menu of small plates touching on all corners of the Asian continent. You might try raw bluefin tuna and prawn rice cups with chilli jam and salmon roe; and chilli-salted school prawns with nahm jim.
