Everything You Can Eat at Gluttony This Year
Words by Lucy Bell Bird · Updated on 18 Feb 2026 · Published on 18 Feb 2026
Fringe is a feast in every sense of the word.
But a diet of just circus and burlesque and stand-up can’t sustain you. That’s where Gluttony’s food offering comes in.
Festival food programs across the country are having a glow-up with national events like the Australian Open moving from chips-on-a-stick and the occasional yiro to an elevated dining experience. Gluttony is no different. The precinct has rolled out an extensive food and beverage offering for 2026.
This year visitors can expect over 25 street food vendors.
Champagne Island is the place to get a glass of the bubbly. The line-up includes Moet & Chandon, Ruinart, Dom Perignon and Krug. There are also standout drops from Grand Cru growers like Champagne Camille Savès and Champagne Marcel Moineaux. In 2026 Champagne Island will offer four private booths on the pier which can be pre-booked for groups of four to 10 guests.
Two pop-up restaurants are setting up shop at Gluttony. There’s the highly anticipated return of Andre’s Cucina & Polenta Bar from Andre Ursini and an outpost from The Botanic Lodge.
