Features
B-Side is the Braddon sibling of much-loved Campbell cafe Intra. It follows the same dark and moody vibe with a pared-back fit-out, plus the addition of a lo-fi wine list.
The food menu focuses on fresh produce atop bread. When in season, tomatoes sit on sourdough with white anchovies and confit garlic aioli, or creamed corn with lime butter smothers a fried egg on toast. Or have smashed peas with mint on a bed of whipped ricotta.
Coffee is roasted in-house under Intra Specialty Coffee, with a seasonal rotation of blends and single origins. Teas, like raw puer and oolong, are sourced from Kuuracorp.
If your brunch turns into lunch, swap your coffee cup for a wine glass. The vino list focuses on local and international minimal intervention producers, including drops from French winemakers Domaine La Taupe and Bonnet-Ponson, and Aussie names including Mada and Minim.
